Please fill out this form completely so that we can start your UnDead Prom Welcome Kit featuring your custom character.
All Murder Mystery Character Participants who are vital to the Murder Mystery need to complete this form by September 25th 2017 or will lose their Participant status.
Clues to the Murder Mystery will be sent in emails through the UnDead Student Newsletter and located in Campus Life at BloodMoonUniversity.com
    Email address will be added to the UnDead Student Newsletter Mailing List.

    Each character is custom created and will be written into the Murder Mystery. By being a participant your character is vital to the murder mystery and may even be the murder. Is there any comments you would like to leave the creator / writer or UnDead Prom Event Production ?
